Я написала must have sent. ,Хотя тема , которая обсуждается future perfect. Но меня сбил с толку перевод Должно быть отправил. Так и хочется предположить , что действие произошло .Modal verbs in the past.С другой стороны в предложении стоит маркер By Now , а значит future perfect. Что касается произношения will have sent, it wasn’t comprehensible. To sum up, I should have been more attentive.
will have sent = Presumably he has sent
must have sent = Surely he has sent
